New Vegan Lip Balm from EOS Impresses

The Evolution of Smooth, commonly referred to by its acronym of EOS, has emerged as one of the winners and instigators of the lip balm wars that pitted the young upstart of EOS against the major well-established brands of Chapstick, Carmax, and Blistex. The traditional lip balm manufacturers were not innovating their product and selling the same old product for almost a century and EOS came in and created a new and exciting product line that used all natural and organic ingredients that was more in line with what customers were seeking. Based on, EOS also created unique flavor combinations and introduced a new applicator orb that was easy to use and sanitary to boot. These moves allowed EOS to capture a significant portion of the market and become one of the leading lip balm sellers.

EOS is not done innovating and has created a new lip balm line that is revolutionary. This line is known as EOS Crystal and is a vegan lip balm product, see this!

For most lip balm makers, a vegan lip balm is not challenging as their product is based in petroleum jelly which is a by-product of oil refining. However, since EOS uses beeswax, a premium product that offers better lip protection and is line with their corporate philosophy, their lip balm is technically not a vegan product. EOS was tasked with maintaining their high quality but keeping a vegan product.

EOS Crystal did not disappoint and was a delightful addition to their product line. There are currently two flavor options; peach hibiscus and vanilla orchid and both were interesting and varied enough to keep me trying them. The quality is what truly shone through and was similar to the high quality lip balms that they typically sell. Finally, EOS reworked their applicator which is now less round in dimension and is easier at standing on its own. This makes a big difference when you are trying to stand it up on your dresser.

Overall EOS Crystal is a great addition and worth a try for vegans and non-vegans alike. Try see this video,!
